Grama Panchayat Vision
To become a model Grama Panchayat that ensures social justice, comprehensive development, cleanliness, environmental protection, and infrastructure development through participatory and transparent governance, thereby providing a better quality of life for all citizens.
Grama Panchayat Mission
- To efficiently fulfill the basic needs of the people.
- To provide quality services in the fields of sanitation, healthcare, education, drinking water, and related sectors.
- To give priority to the welfare and social security of women, children, senior citizens, and differently-abled persons.
- To implement environmentally sustainable development activities.
- To strengthen transparent and accountable governance through active public participation.
- To promote agriculture, employment, and self-employment sectors for the economic growth of the village.
Grama Panchayat Quality Objectives
- To ensure timely disposal of files through the K-SMART software system and provide accurate and efficient services to the public.
- To treat waste management and sanitation as essential responsibilities of the Panchayat and take necessary actions through proper monitoring.
- To achieve 100% collection of all taxes by March 15, 2026.
- To ensure 100% expenditure of the Annual Plan for 2025–26 by March 15, 2026.
- To improve the basic infrastructure facilities of the Panchayat.
- To provide recreational facilities and ensure timely public services.
- To retain the status of a “Plastic-Free Panchayat” by conducting weekly inspections in all institutions and commercial establishments within the Panchayat.
- To take necessary measures to achieve the status of a “Completely Waste-Free Panchayat” and ensure proper waste management systems in all households and establishments.
- To uplift the identified extremely poor families in the Panchayat above the poverty line by March 31, 2026.
- To ensure 100 days of employment under the Employment Guarantee Scheme for all eligible and willing workers by March 20, 2026.
- To effectively utilize all development funds received for various development activities by March 10, 2026.
- To ensure disposal of social security applications within 25 days.
- To maintain a clean, pleasant, and citizen-friendly office environment and surroundings.
