Grama Panchayat Quality Objectives

💻 Ensure timely disposal of files through K-SMART software and provide accurate and efficient services to the public.
♻️ Treat waste management and sanitation as essential responsibilities of the Panchayat and take necessary action through effective monitoring.
💰 Complete 100% collection of all taxes by March 15.
📊 Complete 100% expenditure of the Annual Plan by March 15.
🏗️ Improve the basic infrastructure of the Panchayat and provide recreational facilities to ensure timely services to the public.
🌱 Inspect all component institutions and commercial establishments in the Panchayat every week and maintain the status of a “Plastic-Free Panchayat”.
✨ Take necessary steps to achieve the status of a “Completely Waste-Free Panchayat”. Ensure proper waste management systems in all households and institutions.
🤝 Bring the identified extremely poor persons in the Panchayat above the poverty line.
🛠️ Ensure 125 days of employment by March 20 for everyone willing to work under the Viksit Bharat – Gramin Rozgar Assurance and Mission (VB-G RAMG) Scheme.
💼 Efficiently utilize various funds received for development activities by March 10.
📄 Ensure that all social security pension applications are processed and disposed of in a timely manner.
🏛️ Maintain a clean, pleasant, and welcoming office environment that promotes a friendly atmosphere.
